Playlist loads any file.not only mp3
 

Hi
Got a bug? since 5.22
When i'm adding an directory it loads any file into the playlist ,which is into that dir.
When loading a dir where are mp3's in.it also loads any file which is also in there.like .nfo, .sfv , .jacheck , also the .m3u files are shown in the playlist.
Sry for my bad english^^
any help there?

I can't reproduce this. For me only files playable in Winamp are loaded into the playlist editor.
How are you loading that directory into the playlist?

Do you have any 3rd-party plugins installed?
Also please provide system specs.

Something to do with this, maybe?

hm still have that problem.
i have no plugins installed.nothing
i also reinstalled winamp but it didnt help

I creat a new playlist in the medialibary,and then i use the Add button at the bottom of the window an add directory.

Having the same problem and cant figure out a solution ... mabe it's a new feature of winamp 5.22 :D

@siebe83: do you have winamp 5.22 ? - this only happens in 5.22 when you create a new playlist in media library and chose to add new files from folder (it doesn't happen in the normal playlist editor, obviosly a media library bug)

Correct. It is indeed a bug. Thanks.

(We couldn't repro it at first because we thought you were referring to the Playlist Window, not ml playlists).

ML > Playlists > (playlist) > Add > Add dir
Adds all filetypes in the folder (exe, doc, jpg, etc), not just all-supported types.

This will will be fixed for the next release
(there may even be an updated ml_playlists.dll available before then).

This issue is now fixed, and new ml_playlists.dll & playlist.w5s files are available here.

Updates section of 5.22 Released thread has also been updated accordingly.
