Unable to find winamp modern skin in prefs, Risking riddicule, I seek assistance
 

New computer. Needed to install winamp. chose classic skin at install, indicated that I could change it in prefs later.

It's later, and in prefs, there is no option to change to to modern. It isn't in the skins folder, either.

About to uninstall/reinstall see if choosing modern in the first place will allow classic to be available.

Any help is appreciated.

Try reinstalling Winamp Full and make sure 'Modern Skin Support' is checkmarked/selected in page two (Choose Components) of the installer options.

No luck? Please provide system specs.

Thats what I did. And now I can toggle back and forth between them. Apparently choosing Classic at install was the problem because it works well now and my modern skins are visible.
