Tag Editor (Alt+3) gone after 5.21 Pro clean reinstall

I had to do a clean reinstall of 5.21 Pro after an unsuccessful 5.22 upgrade. Since reinstalling, Alt+3 ("View file info") now brings up an XP file properties window (that is, filename, permissions, etc) instead of the Winamp ID3 tag editor.

I assume the built-in tag editor plugin somehow didn't get installed. Any suggestions as to how I might re-enable it?

Sounds like you installed a third-party MP3 decoder as well, something like in_mpg123. Remove it.
