enhancer 0.17 problem

I downloaded winamp today along with the enhancer plugin.

The problem is that there seems to be no difference in the install the enhancer box area doesn't show up and I don't see an option to bring it up.

I have searched the forums and have found nothing that has helped.

Is there something that i'm missing?

Most DSP plugis can be started by going to:
Preferences > Plugins > DSP/Effect and selecting thim.

If you still have issues, it is recomended to contact the autor for any support.
