Problem With Fullscreen Video

I have two 19" side-by-side monitors for my display. When I use fullscreen when watching video, sometimes the text at the top and the blue bars and command shortcuts at the bottom get garbled and blended. I can see bits and pieces of the bottom at the top and the top at the bottom. Often when it garbles the top becomes identical to the bottom. I am not entirely sure, but I think it has to do with moving the mouse from one display to the other when those shortcuts, etc. would become visible. Here's a picture of what happens:

If it might have to do with the whole dual display thing, I have an nVidia 6800GT and I use the nVidia software for doing so.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
