This should really never happen... (DB Problem)

Hi guys, i'm having a problem with :winamp: , that's a great program but sometimes it really pisses me off...
this is one of those times, cause i get this error whenever i open winamp or any audio file:

Error updating DB file on disk. This should really never happen. Hit Retry to try again (recommended), or Cancel to abort (NOT recommended, and may leave the DB in an unuseable state).

Now, i ain't done anything different from what i usually do to get this error... it came out from nowhere i guess  and hitting retry is useless.

What should i do?
Thanks in advance. And sorry for my awful grammar, i'm italian :P

Perhaps a HijackThis log would give some insight. See here:

Do you have any 3rd-party plugins installed?

Are you on a limited user account and if so, did you select 'Separate settings per user' in the installer options?

Also please confirm you're using the latest version of Winamp: 5.22.
