Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi Killed in Air Raid

That's right. The most wanted man in Iraq is now DEAD.

Good riddance.

News link.

ElChevelle 8th June 2006 10:49

Not saying that the death of this asshole is going to slow down any bullshit in Iraq but this guy really, REALLY needed to die.

[deleted my thread as you beat me by one minute]

mysterious_w 8th June 2006 14:39

That guy had a cool name. :(

Mattress 8th June 2006 14:59

I'm glad he's out of the picture.

tuckerm 8th June 2006 18:27

Here's a pic of him dead: http://us.news3.yimg.com/us.i2.yimg....iAbVCYpacdNQ--

ElChevelle 9th June 2006 00:50

I heard a couple comical mentions of the shitball on XM today as they referred to him as:

ABOOM Musab

-and-

Ablewup Musab Al-Zarqawi

Then there's the idiotic group who charges the U.S. as breaking the Geneva Convention showing pictures of his dead ass.
To be eligible for the Geneva Convention, I'm pretty sure you have to be a legitimate government with a recognized army, not a bunch of inbred morons who murder innocent civilians:rolleyes:

tuckerm 9th June 2006 01:16

Well, He Certanily got pwned.

protegechris 9th June 2006 01:29

I heard bush in a press interview.

Something along the lines of "he's dead", followed by "He won't kill again."

:) Capn Obvious.

So if we knew exactly where he was, could we not have sent 40 billion troops to capture him, or.. meh. I guess the odds of capturing him alive would suck. Even if they got him surrounded he'd probably /suicide.

MidnightViper88 9th June 2006 02:33

Funny how Al-Zarqawi was compromised...Intelligence recieved an inside tip-in from one of Al-Zarqawi's own...

Guess those brain-dead maggots are smarter than we thought, turning their #1 man in, knowing they're gonna get killed anyway... ;)

I would too for $25 million

Mr Jones 9th June 2006 13:10

What?, get killed for 25 million? how would you spend it once dead?

Mattress 9th June 2006 13:23

it would be entombed with him along with his servants in his pyramid.

tuckerm 9th June 2006 13:23

No...The United States put a $25 million bounty on his head, i was saying i would sell Zarqawi out for $25 million too.

Mr Jones 9th June 2006 13:29

Yeah, but you were quoting this ...

'Guess those brain-dead maggots are smarter than we thought, turning their #1 man in, knowing they're gonna get killed anyway... '

So turn him in, get your reward and probably get bombed as well at the same time, a self cleaning action I guess :D

Mattress 9th June 2006 14:11

it's called smart budget strategy

Mr Jones 9th June 2006 15:00

MidnightViper88 9th June 2006 17:20

Wouldn't it be nice if the last thing he saw on his agonizing way to death was looking up and seeing a US military soldier standing above him?

ElChevelle 10th June 2006 01:43

He knew his time was short when he died.
Apparently he was trying to crawl away or showed signs of it. It's too bad I couldn't have been there to:

Just out of curiosity, if US got such highly trained special forces units, why nuke the whole bloody village, additionally killing a woman and a baby?
Too much sporting chance for a sniper rifle?

Mp3 Player 14th June 2006 16:08

What a goo news for iraq people.
I hope all terrorist death in iraq.

Nuke? I don't think that a nuclear warhead was used somehow...

Herr Garman 14th June 2006 17:01

I exagerrated "slightly". Seing explosions on TV was madly impressive, from a pyromaniac's point of view...

But how is it possible for a man to try crawling out of a house which has been hit directly by 2!!! 500lb bombs?

Or maybe the bombing wasn't that accurate (unusual!) and they hit another house?

Mattress 14th June 2006 17:52

It takes a lot of explosives to smash through Allah's (or Satan's (depending on your perspective)) protection?

Herr Garman 14th June 2006 18:29

You don't have muslim friends at all, do you?

Explosions are not an exact science, and there are all sorts of variables that may lead to the explosion not directly killing someone.

Just Atheist, Christian, and Jewish, maybe some Wiccan/Pagan too.

In regards to my comment, you don't have to be non muslim to appreciate it. It just depends on what kind of Muslim you are, if you think the terrorists are working in Allah's will or against it.

Herr Garman 14th June 2006 20:56

IMHO, It doesn't matter in who's name one kills innocent people. It is all the same. I must say I completely misunderstood the comment about Allah and Satan. My apologies.

Mattress 14th June 2006 20:59

no worries :)

The shockwaves from two 500lb bombs can be just as devistating as the bombs themselves...
