Can i have four radios in the same server with shoutcast
 

I have third party hosting service running windows server 2003. I have upto 5 IPaddresses. My question is.....can i have four different radios frm the same server.....each one belongs to different generes. How can i assign the port no.'s for the shoutcast server as it allows only 8000 port. Plz help me ........waiting for ur answers....:rolleyes:

edit the config,

portbase = port
destip = output IP adress

u mean i should put same port no. for each radio....

nono, just change em


for example:

Genre1 portbase = 8000
Genre2 portbase = 8010

etc. :)

remember you'll have to make a seperate config file for ever other server you want to run.

when you start the server, open it with a commandline like this


sc_serv.exe <configfile>.conf


where <configfile> is the name of the config for the server you wanna run ;)
