put 0 before number 1-9 in playlist?

is there a way to make this possible?
i have always hated the way my playlist is dancing.
please help me.

the first 9 songs in the playlist has one position.
and the rest of the songs have another position. (slightly to the right)
see the dancing thingy as a metafor.

IIRC this was supposed to have been fixed, but turned out to centralise the numbers rather than right justify, so it still 'dances' as you put it :)
