MMD3 skin doesn't work after upgrade to 5.24 Pro :-(

I use the MMD3 skin, and love it. So much, in fact, that it's the only skin I want to use. I recently upgdated to 5.24, and the MMD3 skin won't work! I tried deleting it, re-downloading it (both from the WinAmp and the author's website), but still not working. The other skins I have (only a few) still work fine, though. When I set it to the MMD3 skin, it just displays the default WinAmp skin.

Help! :(

Try one of the MMD3 updates

Thanks, but the GeoCities link appears to be not working:

Sorry, this GeoCities site is currently unavailable.

Looks like the site exceeded it's bandwidth.

OK, got the file (named MMD3-4-4_v1_2.wal, but it still doesn't work. When I try to use that skin, it just defaults to the stock WinAmp skin.

Hmmm, maybe accidentaly the Lite package of Winamp was installed or Modern Skin Support was unchecked in the install options.

Try reinstalling Winamp Full and make sure 'Modern Skin Support' is checkmarked/selected in page two (Choose Components) of the installer options.

All I did was go to the WinAmp download page, and where it says "Already own Pro and need to upgrade? Get it here.", clicked the link, and did the upgrade from the previous version. That's what I've always done, and my skins have not been affected previously.

BUT, I just did it again - and you're right, the "modern skin support" checkbox was unchecked! I checked it, and let it do the install, and now MMD3-4-5 is working again.

Thank you!

Whoops, I forgot that you mentioned Pro. Regardless the issue is fixed now. :)
