I have winamp 5.21 and i like to dock my winamp at the top of my desktop with modern skin.when i close and open it again,it's return to default setting (not docked)

I have had the same problem for months....I mean months. I have updated, uninstaled, re-installed....everything. Nothing helps. I don't think they will fix this.

Okay I got adventerous and tried some more things. After searching the forums for a couple hours I came up with no solutions. I tried something that worked though! OKay uninstall everything. Now when you reinstall, reinstal to a different folder...So like "winamp2" or somthing. Do this for the program directory and the application data file. Easy way to say it is anywhere during the setup that asks where to put stuff into a file change the name of the folder. Since this effects so few people I think it has to do with some sort of file corruption that we cannot see. Hope this helps!

Last update....promise!!! Okay it had nothing to do with the install directory. I was able to recreate the problem when I moved my old plugins folder into the new directory. So when you uninstall make sure to go back through and delete every folder winamp used....including the plugins folder!

My prob is finally solved.Windows setting will not going to default setting,and i have wiamp 5.13 installed on my machine and updated to 5.24.maybe u can try this method?
