russian in MUI in 2.19

i downloaded version 2.19, but i cant use russian MUI: nsis says that it cant find russian.nsh

I was not able to recreate the same issue you describe.

Maybe something didn't install right. Have you tried re-installing?

no, but i took the file from the privious version. it seems that everything is ok
