Shoutcast TV

Firstly, I apologize if this has been posted before...

But, for a long time now, Shoutcast TV hasn't been working for me. At first, I figured it was just something you had to wait out, so I didn't worry too much about it. But, that was a fairly long time ago and I saw that it works fine on my dad's computer...but, mine still says "No Stations Available". I've tried waiting, I've tried reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work. Can this be fixed?

Not that I'm aware of...but, I just made sure that Windows Firewall wasn't blocking it. And I'm still getting the same error.
