This is weird
 

I live in Louisville, KY...I just stepped outside and I got fucking cold...66 isn't exactly cold, but it's still a far cry from 90 feeling like 110...

These past few weeks, it's been so goddamm humid and hot that I couldn't stand a minute outside without sweating my ass off, but it's totally different now...Before I had trouble going out with my lightest short-sleeve, but now I'm carrying around my long-sleeve camo jacket...

Yes, I'm starting to get real excited! The seasons are finally beginning to change, which means I too can bring out my cool jackets.

Summer, kiss my ass!

Yup same here, the cool jeans that you can't wear during the day or the really cool jackets and cool hats that if you wear during the day in summer you sweat like a damn pig.

Can't wait for fall.

Pants don't bother me as much as shirts...I wouldn't stand an hour outside during summer wearing a long sleeve, but I'll still rock jeans and my high-top Mack steel-toes... :D

Fall has rushed in here the past few days. It got down to the freezing mark the night before last though it still climbed to a very comfortable 76 degrees for the day:up:

I hate doing jobs where you need long pants when it's too damn hot. Anyone ever tried bailing hay or limbing thorn covered locust trees in shorts? You'll be all hacked up if you do - take a bath and the water turns pink from the blood. Now that it's cooler (53F today) I can be outside and work my ass off without overheating.

Good call denkensiefursich, however you pronounce it, summer won't be missed much. Only great thing about summer was seeing the ladies um... scantily clad... But now that we've chosen from our selection of them, it'll be more fun having more to remove...

And there was me thinking that it was only the British who got excited over weather. ;)

Am I the only one who hates the shitty in between seasons? I wish my climate was 8 months summer, 4 months winter, with maybe only a week where they switch.

When I get older and less healthy I will hate in-between seasons - too much fluctuation between temperatures and weather patterns during those seasons will make me sick.

For now I like them. However, my favorite is winter.

I hear ya.
I hate when the leaves are all over the place in the fall and I hate the spring when the winds blows constantly from the melting snow and the mud that ensues.
The only plus are the mild temperatures.
8 months summer and 4 months winter would be perfect.

Suits me. Nothing but golfing, fishing, and skiing. (I guess we'd put football in the winter months exclusively.)
