I want to right click some files and create a playlist

Is it possible to right click some files in Windows Explorer and create a playlist in the same directory - Without - having to open Winamp?

Anyone know a way to do this? Maybe an app was created?

No. You can rightclick some files and choose "Enqueue in Winamp", then the files are in Winamp's playlist. Simply click then "Manage Playlist" in Winamp's modern skin and save the files as playlist.
