Command Line Winamp?

I attend a computer-related school, and were required to do a senior project. My group is planning on making a jukebox of sorts, and were wondering if it is possible to access winamp by way of command line, or is there a way to control it from within another program (probably a visual basic application). also, is is possible to run visualizations/videos on a second screen? Is there any way to access the song lists in the library from within another program. Thanks

and this (with source code, etc) may be of some use - is a modded version of the last public version released but is known to work correctly) but should be useful for commandline control/getting an idea what can be done with certain 'workarounds' since winamp's commandline options are rather limited...
