keep getting same error
 

Sorry to bother with this,but i looked and looked and did everything possible to resolve this. I portforwared 8000 and 8001 to router and xpand even disabled my firewall but still getting this:[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 69.163.3.26:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

I really dont know what else to do?? I cant see my station but says i am up and running on dns. Also if i wanted to add a link someplace for people to click on if this ever works for me would it be-icy-url:http://127.0.0.1:8000/ ?

umm, READ THE STICKY posts,and you would have had everything answered. everyones network device is 127.0.0.1 that is called a LOOPBACK address and its not valid for anything other than 'myself'.

your port forwarding on your router/proxy are not working or n not setup and you didnt read ..

read read read.. then you eyes fall out to read some more.

shoutcast requires more than just a simple download and click since its a SERVER you need to make your internet connect allow for server connections inbound..
