Sound is wavy
 

can someone please give me an answer or a location to check to fix my problem..

my sound comes and goes on my computer giving it a wavy feeling... feels like I'm drunk when I'm listening to my tunes

do you have any dsp plugins installed? if so disable them.

is your soundcard set up to do some funny effects? if so disable that aswell.

also make sure the song that your playing isn't wavy

I actually had the exact same problem for awhile. What it turned out being was the volume control for my speakers. It was dirty or something and the volume would sound "wavy" and fluctuate all over the place. Not sure if it relates to your problem or not, just a thought....
