Library Setup

Attempted to set up a Playlist in the WINAMP 5.31 Library per the 'product walkthru' directions... no joy... after setting up a folder in the Library- as my Playlist subfolder- I selected a song from 'WINAMP MUSIC' via drag/drop.... it seemed to work OK, but when I selected the folder, there was nothing in it !? Any suggestions?? Tx
