Support for certain portable?
 

Hello, for some reason my Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 40 Gig is not detected by Winamp. When I go to the plugin options i see that i do have some creative related plugin, but it does nothing for me. Is there some way I can fix this or get a new plugin so that I can access my player through winamp? Sorry if this has already been asked, ive search the faqs and the forums with no luck. Thanks!

Support on this forum is provided mostly by volunteers, and we try to help out where we can. Support for portables is often hard since we do not have all portables in possession, thus experience in this area is often lacking.

Make sure you're running the latest version of Winamp (5.32). Other than that, I don't know, sorry.
