jbl cd changer
 

i just picked up a brand new jbl cd changer off ebay for next to nothing... problem is, there is no rf modulator with it (thats an option, you can plug directly into the proper head unit)what i need to know is, do all the mfg. who use an 8 pin din plug have a standard for the plug, or do i need to try and find a diagram,and shuffle the wires around in the plug to match up with a different brand of head unit?

Exactly. This isn't a car stereo forum. Call JBL's technical support line or browse their library.

buy a loom for your car, then match the wires. if you really want advice.

use connectors or solder then use heat shrink around the joint to insulate the wires.
