Auto Fill Blank ID3 Tag
 

I was wondering if there is a way to make this auto fill in blank ID3 tags. I dont like how if there is like say a song with a id3 tag for the artist and song name but no album info if i could autofill it to like <UNKNOWN> or if there were tno artist in the id3 it could change it to <UNKNOWN> or maybe this is alreay possible with the winamp libary?

I know that there is an intermediate release of ml_ipod that Abu set out. This version adds a '-' to all songs that do not have an Album listing. Whats cool is it does not add it to the id3 tag field so your tags are still unaffected by systematic changes like that. It adds it to the ipod database.

As for editing other stuff....just select all the files you want to edit and right click and go to 'Edit Selected Items'

Okay i found it. the - is goon enough for me so ill try it out. maybe eventually it will be editable to whatever all i realy need it for was the empty album tag so thanks.

You can use ID3 TagIt to quickly add ID tag information from the file names.
