multiple WinAmps running
My problem is, that I have four WinAmps continuesly running.
From my Visual Basic program I use the shell command to start another one to play a specific file. When the same VB sequence is initiated the same WinAmp player plays another file (without closing and re-starting since I dont know how to do this in VB). The problem starts if the active window changes to another WinAmp then the VB file will be played through this WinAmp and therefore to the wrong output device. I need to either make sure that the sound file is send to the right window or find a way to stop and start winamp out of VB to make sure that it is automatically the active window. Alternativly if I could find a simple player which allows me to choose the output device and which is embedded within my VB program that would be great. Any ideas ? |
