Winamp 5.3.1- CPU Utilization
 

After using Winamp to open & close audio &/or video items (e-mail;etc.), CPU utilization... 'winamp.exe'... remains very high (80 - 99%)... preventing PC response to any other requests. Winamp works fine if using only Winamp items (XM music; etc.). Any suggestions? Tx... Intel Pent4;40 GB HD Dr; 2Ghz; 512MB; 256MB DDR SDRAM; WIN XP Home;
