Sharing the cost of a server
 

I am considering starting up Darkstar TV again. It was an extremely popular channel on Winamp TV, featured on the front page of Winamp.com for several months and was one of the most watched channels on Nullsoft TV for almost half a year. Due to family issues I was forced to shut it down but am considering bringing the channel back - new for 2007.

I am wondering three things:
a) is there anyone interested in sharing the cost of a dedicated server
-or-
b) is there anyone willing to allow me to use some of their unused bandwidth for the time being until I get everything back up and running (just getting started with a new job after this whole mess so money is tight)
-or-
c) is there a server company interested in sponsoring the stream for advertising on our website and video ads that will run during the stream (ON connect and at hourly intervals or more).

Please reply to this post if interested or if you know someone who might be. If you are interested in sponsoring the stream I know you will get something in return. The show was extremely popular in its day and I am 100% popular it will be if started again -- I have already received a lot of fan mail from previous viewers and even friends of previous viewers who havent even seen the show who are excited for its possible return.

I have plan to get dedicated server ( unix server) but, i dont know how to do PC to dedicated server streaming.
I hav plan to do live crickt TV show in to web...but, i hav used PC to web streamin..but, i can't give that in to many ppls....so, i hav plan to get dedicated server this month...so, plz can you tell me how do i stream live TV via using dedicated server...
