Progress bar control?

Can anyone explain how the position of the NSIS progress bar is controlled/changed? I can see it changing, but it doesn't ever go to 100% even at the end of my script. I found a note that all File commands must be within Sections and made that happen, but it had no effect. Is there some way to FORCE it to 100% when the install is done?
