What are you doing today?
I am going to go to the beach with the boys, do laundry and maybe (that is a big maybe) clean my room.
What are you doing today? |
I am being horribly, horribly hung over. Also off to cinema to see Factory Girl later. :)
|
I have to work in the evening.
|
Went out for a brisk morning walk around the golf course, went grocery shopping, just made sausage, eggs and hashbrowns and am ready to settle in for a LONG day of March Madness:up:
The reason for the walk is that I've been riding the couch for the past 3 days watching hoops. |
I'm Irish. It's the day after Paddys day. What do you think I'm doing?
Recovering :) |
cleaned my house. Fun!
Trying to figure out what I am going to need to make crab ravioli from scratch. Go to the store to get what I don't have (so far just eggs, I am one shy :( ) Make said crab ravioli ... that is going to take a while. Making the actual pasta is a pain. But at least kitchenaid makes it somewhat easy... Eating ravioli. Laundry in between all of that mixed with moderate drinking to prepare myself for the work week ahead. Cheers! |
Was at my grans, sorting out her wifi.
Odd combo I know. |
Working on an estimate with the computer using open office spreadsheet. Got to get it done today. Doing some laundry.
Peeking in at winamp forums. Got the tv on in the backround...... waiting for NASCAR race to start. Just made somemore coffee. I didn't drink last night...so I feel pretty good. Have a nice day. ;) |
Fantasy Baseball Draft.
Yeah, I guess I'm a geek. |
Drawing an Indian's arm.
Oh yeah. |
Sobering up
|
Right now, fixing my inlaws fugged up PC (again), lots of fun this one, CD/DVD won't recognise, XP boots, but no task bar, can't get fug all to run, gonna try repair it using a USB pen with a XP installer on it to see if I can repair.
Earlier, slap up sunday roast at said inlaws, prepared by Mrs Jones for her mother, as it's mothers day here. Later, few beers and watch Father Ted on more4 |
Feeling miserable due to the FLU.
can hardly see the screen , but had to schedule the shows for the next few days on the radio station. |

Today? I didn't get to bed until after the sun came up this morning. Slept until an hour or so after lunchtime. Spent about an hour or so browsing through the image database on airliners.net just for fun. A few minutes ago, I went outside and put the bolt that I bought yesterday into my transmission... Man, it's a good thing I caught that when I changed my oil last weekend. As it turns out, only that bolt was missing from the transmission oil pan, but EVERY SINGLE OTHER BOLT was just snugged in finger-tight. I'm surprised my pan didn't fall out of my truck! I do have a slight transmission fluid leak, but it's not from the pan gasket. I think it's coming from the o-ring around the output shaft speed sensor (had to use the old sensor since the new transmission didn't come with one). Oh well, it's a very minor leak, and my fluid level hasn't changed on the dipstick since I installed the transmission...
And back on topic, I think I'm going to head to Krystal here in a few minutes and get some gut bombs. |
Going back to school from spring break.
|
I'll be sleeping in a bit. Great day for a nap.
|
slept till 2pm, ate some breakfast, and now I'm thinking of going back to sleep because I can.
|
I just woke up from my nap. I think I'll play some Xbox in a bit.
|
We had so much fun at the beach today!!! I did not get my housework done but it was worth it!
We buried Kyle in the sand, it was so cute! And Corey was able to see some hot girls in small suits. Life is good :) |
Well, I had a change of plans. I hung out with Jessica again today and then went to work. It was fun to see her again :)
|

I woke up, took my wife to work, beat God of War II, took care of my son, & now I'm at work. Being a manager of the Grave Yard shift is tough work when your on the internet all night ;)
|
Modding a case and making lots and lots of noise.
UJ |
Today, School. Tonight, The MSR Live Show and then a Lock-in party.
|
Since I wasted so much time on vidio games I had to catch up on house work; now I'm at work. God I'm so tired; I'm sipping on a red bull but I still don't have any wings yet.
|
Today, I completed 10 update requests to customers websites. Took my girlfriend out to eat, got denied at the theater for a rated R movie because said girlfriend forgot her ID, even though I produced mine they still wouldn't let us in. (Still pissed about that.) Went and saw a friend of mine and his band play at a local club. Had a few... Now I'm watching my girl watch TV while I surf the internet looking for nothing in particular.
I'm also studying up a bit on some CSS crap for work. |
Wedding gift registry. God those people want me to drain my family and friends of every last penny. They want me to register for kitchen knives that cost nearly $300 per knife! I'll pass.

I just returned from the toilet
|
I love good knives....
better to .... ummm.... cut things with. $300 for the set, maybe... but per knife. That's a bit much. Oh today: debating about buying a 32'' LCD tv. |
This is the first Saturday my cousin Justin and I have our work schedules off at the same time since a long time, so Justin, my dad and I are gonna go out to the theaters and see "300"...Then maybe go hang out at the mall, or whatever... :D
|
We found an Analon set that has each entire knife as one solid piece of high quality German steel (no second material for the handle). They're smooth edge even on the steak knives so that they're easy to run over the steel (straightener) before use, and they have a lifetime warranty. Best of all they're around $30 per 4-pack of steak knives, and about $250 for the block set of bigger knives. The only serrated knives in the set were the bread knife and the utility knife. Those prices are a lil more affordable than the shit I saw yesterday.

Going to go finish my maths homework, motion in a vertical circle questions. Lots of Newton II and dv/dt, and least the strings are always inelastic so there's no Hooke's Law to be messing around with.
God I love maths, nothing beats confusing my parents by saying I'm going to go find the area under the curve of a polar graph using integration with a fine helping of trig identities and maybe even some partial fractions. |
