copy to pocket PC device's storage card saying it is out of space when it's not
I am syncing with a pocket pc with a storage card. I set the music folder in the media library options to the storage card directory.
It copies fine but it won't do very many at a time because it thinks the device is going to run out of space. This is because the program is checking the main memory capacity not the storage card's. Is there a way to disable free space checking (preferable) or change it so that it's checking the free space of the proper folder? |
No, I don't think so. At a guess, your device isn't fully supported (yet).
What make/model is it? What's your Windows OS? What version of MS ActiveSync is installed? What version # of Winamp are you using? |
hp ipaq h4150
windows xp activesync 4.5 (final) winamp 5.33 Looks like it works fine it's just the free space checks the capacity of the main memory instead of (optionally) the storage card. Does anyone know how to disable the free-space checking? |
Same problem, different hardware
Dell axim X30 (windows 2003 SE)
windows xp x64 SP2 activesync 4.5 (final) winamp 5.5 These are my specs, I have the same problem. A quick fix to disable the free-space checking would be nice. |
