anywhere to get older versions of winamp?
 
winampheaven.net is down currently.. and other links don't pan out. anyone know where i can grab one? i'm looking for 5.23 or earlier so that i can use the ML Import-Export plug-in..

You can use the ml_impex plugin in newer versions. I last used it on 5.33. In the Media Library look at the top tool bar. One item should say file, click on that and the import/export options should be there.

aha.. cool. Though.. useless unless I'm doing something wrong. The import database seems to just import the tracks into the ml.. I want to maintain the order and existence of the playlists...

The ml_impex plugin only imports/exports the Local Media database.

To backup the ML Playlists you need to backup playlists.xml and all the .m3u/.m3u8 files in the Winamp\Plugins\ml folder.
