Vista user permissions
 

I'm installing my application as an administrator on Vista; however, the calculation-intensive program needs to write files to the hard disk in the installation directory. Vista does not automatically grant users the permission to do so. What I've read in the forums and the wiki does not elucidate this matter either. Does anyone know how to set user permissions?
