I get a notepad window when I click on a station
 

I used to have shoutcast work great with ITunes. I would just open Itunes and then shoutcast and start streaming. Now I click on a station to play and a notepad window opens with the stream info in it. I am using Firefox now I can't remember if I was using that before. I have a new computer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

iTunes?

Try using Winamp instead.

Winamp > Prefs > File Types: Select PLS

If you need help with how to make iTunes the default .pls playlist player then consult the iTunes Tech Support forum, assuming there even is one...

For Firefox, go to: Tools > Options > Content > File Types > Manage,
Scroll down for PLS
and change the action to open with the player of your choice.
