register field open always when open winamp
 

ok, so everytime i open winamp, that stupid register fiels opens. even if i had registed and tried that do not register until next install. why it does that?
can i get it off somehow?

Do you also notice that Winamp has trouble saving settings correctly? That has been a reported issue with the Windows Washer cleaner application or maybe another temp file cleaner.

Otherwise...

1. Wile Winamp is not running , go to the Winamp folder right click on the Winamp.ini file > select Properties > General tab > make sure 'Read-only' is not checkmarked/selected.

2. Then open Winamp.ini file in Notepad or your favorite text editor.

3. Under the [WinampReg] section add or edit the following 2 lines accordingly...

NeedReg=0
IsFirstInst=0

where 0 is a zero

5. Save Winamp.ini

yes, i use that window washer. i just checked winamp out of that wash list in window washer, and that did it. thanks.
