Changing Playback Channel

Ok well I have got a mixer which allows me to plug it into the computer via USB.
Two USB cables connect from the Mixer to the PC, one being Channel 1, one being Channel 2.
Is there any way, using winamp, or any other software, to choose which channel the audio will play through?
