Radio listening

Hi.
I am very happy with Winamp. Everything works well. I cannot figure out however, why I am not able to listen to the radio. I receive the signal from the station, Winamp seems to play the channel, however there is no sound. I usually listen to www.smoothjazz.com and www.smoothlounge.com 192k Octoshape. I use Windows XP.
Any idea?
Thanks
Lars

The 128 kbit/s streams work fine from both those stations here. I'm not going to touch that Octoshape thing as it has nothing to do with Winamp. They appear to provide a Winamp plugin but you will need to speak to them if it doesn't work or to the station if they are not broadcasting correctly.

If you cannot play sound in other non-octoshape streams or local files please say so with some details of the problem

Hi - thanks your reply.

I have just found the radiostation on the SHOUTcast Radio 128k. Same thing happens: radiostations are shown in the media library, details show in the playlist editor top right and the rolling text appears in the winamp top left. Station info also appears in a seperat box. But no sound what so ever. It works in ITunes.
