Winamp & Shoutcast Forums - Here's another interesting problem for those of you who can't get enough of them

I have a bit of a problem broadcasting. I have my computers set up in a LAN and connected to the internet via a cable-modem. There's a shoutcast server running on the host computer (the one with the cable modem) and I'm using ICS. When I'm broadcasting at 8kbps from one computer and listening on another computer everything works fine; it connects, the winamp-timer works, it displays the right song-title and all, and on the computer where it's broadcasting and the server it says there's one listener connected. All fine. The thing is, there is no sound! This is not a problem of the speakers (hey I'm not that stupid http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif), because just playing a song from the harddrive does work. Now I'm wondering what could be the problem, because when I tried running everything a day ago it worked just fine. Until I restarted the computers... Argh. Now I just can't get it back to work. I already reinstalled everything, but it doesn't make a difference.
Also, I keep getting time-out messages exactly every 5 minutes. Why why why?! Did I mess up in the settings somewhere? This is not such a big deal at the moment, since there's no sound anyway, but if anyone has suggestions or ideas on this, they would also be highly appreciated.
