Winamp Playlist suggestion

I don't believe this has been suggested yet. When generating a Html playlist, it would be nice if the generated playlist would show the time each song was played somehow.

1. Winamp > Ctrl+P (for Preferences)
2. General Preferences > Titles
3. try adding %playcount% to the Advanced Title Formatting string

Playcount will be based on ML data

Winamp's ATF help

That's not what I was looking for. When generating an Html playlist, I would like the option of the generated playlist displaying the time it was played based on the different time zones. Can I take that info from the Media Library's "Recently Played" and make it part of the generated Html playlist?

Edit: I think I found that information on your ATF page but I'm not sure that I understand it very well as in where to enter the information in the Advanced Title Formating field.

When I generate an Html playlist, I would like the tracks to appear this way: "Saint - Destroyers (3:53) 11/5/2007 5:53:20PM"

OH, sorry I misunderstood.

Basically the %SomethingHere% is the variable that represents the information you want to add. In the first reply %playcount% represents the number of times the file has been played. However, I don’t think there are variable to represent last play time.

Basically you put the variable in the order you want to see it. If you put it with in brackets [%SomethingHere%], that show only if the information is present.

The default string…
[%artist% - ]$if2(%title%,$filepart(%filename%)
says show the artist and title, but if that information is not there show the file name instead.

I like the ATF string the way it is, so I have never really taken the time to fully learn it. There are other from members (such as Siebe83) who have become rather good at it.

There is one possibility. There is a plug-in called Advanced Title Formating Extended which adds additional variables/tags to ATF. One of them is %lastplayf%, which is last played date. However, I have not used the plug-in myself.

I'll try the plugin again. I tried it once and it didn't seem to work but I'll give it another go.
I saw this on your Winamp ATF page and thought it was the same set info as the %lastplayf% just broken down. However I don't think that's so. Would you please explain what this info means? Is it info contained in winamp?

We are end users like you who volunteer our time to provide support. As mentioned above, I am not overly familiar with ATF.

However, taking a guess $systime is the variable for the clock "in" the computer.

Sorry I can't tell you more.

It's okay, thank you for your help.:)

We could add something like %lastplay% support for ATF
but it would only work if the files were all in your Media Library.

I'll put it in the internal ToDo list, but can't guarantee if/when it'll be done.
