empty PORTABLE playlist not show onmWinamp portables playlists.

I'm in Winamp > Media Library > Portables > Creative Zen V Plus, which shows under it a list of Playlists. However, if the playlist on the portable is there but with no tracks, it does not show on Winamp.

Is there a reason for this? Is there a way of making it display?
