Encoding FLAC

Hi,
I installed winamp 5.5.2 and FLAC encoder. I tried to rip files to FLAC, configured destination folder.
Winamp starts ripping and says completed but the folder is empty with no ripped files.
Meanwhile i can rip to MP3 and other formats.
What am i doing wrong ????

What flac encoder did you install? Any one besides the one that comes with Winamp? Remove it and then re-run the Winamp installer and make sure that you select the flac installer in the options.

If that doesn't work then post a list of plugins and the other information as detailed in the sticky FAQ thread at the top of this forum. Also post more information about the CD you are trying to rip, i.e. any special characters, unicode characters.
