Icons

I use VNC to remotely manage my servers from my laptop and I created shortcuts so I don't have to keep entering in the server ips. They are .vnc files and I'm wondering where can I define a different icon file for it. I have 4 icons and I've created some icons (number 1 2 3 or 4 depending on what server) but I don't know how to implement them. Any ideas?

Make shortcuts to the vnc files, then give those different icons.
