how to activate ''resume point of song when restart winamp"
 

i had it but if formatted my pc and now i reinstalled winamp 5.52 & don't know how to activate that feature. i've searched a lot and i didn't find anything.

Yep... and you probably already had it installed prior to formatting your PC and just forgot about it, and is most likely what gave you the resume playback feature you had then and are asking for now. And no need to worry either, or to say "oh well". DrO's plugins are very good. For instance, the Jump To File feature that is natively part of the default Winamp installation was developed by DrO.

oh sorry, i din't mean that. it was just that i want to install the less things i can because i don't have a super computer.
