My Skins do not work
 

Hey guys Im using Vista SP1. I read all the posts and tried changing the folder to a different one and I tried the right click and save to the skin folder and still I cant get my skins. I only see the old skin and cant find the MMD3 skin download in my skin browser menu. Im getting frustrated trying toi figure this out. I notice that the winamp folder is in my programs(86x) folder. Is that my problem?

ANSWER: I figured it out. go to skin folder, right click, select properties, security, all users, check all boxes then apply!

You say you read "all the posts" (which I think is impossible - I certainly can't read them all), but did you also read what DJ Egg said here? And if what he said there doesn't appear to work for you in your Vista system, have you then also tried the two other known workarounds he linked to there?
