Winamp skin in Vista

Hi!
I want to apologize if someone asked about it before but I have litte problem with Winamp in Windows Vista. When I take my mouse down to winamp in startbar its not showing full winamp and show instead old skin and sometimes whow nothing. Someone more who hade this problem ? Send a picture how it looks like bellow.Sorry for my english.
