Winamp 5.xx distortion in Vista x32
 

I'm getting distortion when I play mp3 files from winamp in Vista when I do any thing on the PC such as when I go to a new web page. I'm also having problems with video not being in sync with video in full screen mode. Any fixes or know problems. I have k-lite for video codec and that is about it for codecs. I hate to switch to a different media player since I have been using wimamp for many years now but I'm " " this close from switching. This has been happening since I went Vista in late Jan. and have tried many 5.xx versions but using the current version now.

E2160 @ 3.00ghz
2GB Ram
P35 MSI Neo2 motherboard (using onboard sound)
Radeon x800gto 256mb video card
Vista Ultimate (32)
