Transferring files from Winamp to iTunes

I simply want to transfer a video file from Winamp to iTunes. Can anyone help me do this?

The video file itself is not within any application. It exists on your hard drive somewhere in some folder that only you know about. There is no "transferring" required. Just simply play it in any player of your choice, whether it be Winamp (good good) or iTunes (crap crap). It's entirely your choice which player you elect to use to play your video files with.

1. make sure iTunes and winamp are open. On winamp single click the movie in your media library.
2. Hit ctrl+F
3. find the movie in the window that pops up and drag it to your iTunes library, if it doesn't appear in videos, then its not compatible with iTunes (not mp4 or others)

It is not compatible with iTunes. I really don't care, I just cannot figure out how to sync my iPod with Winamp. I have plugins, but I still can't figure it out.
