accoustic scrolling
 

hi everyone,

i've got a quite unusual problem with my winamp (5.52).
Hopin' someone can help me out. :confused:

When I play mp3, I hear an awful scratching, every time i scroll my screen (doesn't matter if web or directories).
It's like you hear every single "step" (dont know the word for it) from the mousewheel and this adds to this horrible scratch
if done continuesly (when you scroll up or down a page).

I've got no "power"-pc (1.3 Gig Celeron, 512 RAM, 8MB graphics & 8MB sound onboard) but i've seen (or heared) winamp runnin' on older pc's without this prob.

Does anyone have an idea?
Can it have something to do with the powercables?
(like when you hear the motorsound of your car in the car-radio, because the mass-cable has been installed wrong)
