I like Winamp very much, but there is one little annoying detail that makes me wonder if I should use another music player instead: the play button. I don't like that the play button restarts the song instead of pausing when the song is playing.
Recently I bought a keyboard on witch I have buttons to control the music players, but the play and pause functions is on the same button! That makes my keyboard unable to pause the music in Winamp. Is there any way to change that? If not, I will pick another music player. :-/

Strange. It works fine for me.
What's the keyboard make/model?

Try: Winamp -> Prefs -> Global Hotkeys
Checkmark 'Enabled' (if it isn't already)
Then click 'Restore Defaults'

It doesn't work. If I do as you say there is no difference. I tried to create the Play/Pause hot key function, but it didn't work either. :S
