FLAC Conversion

I want to convert FLAC files to WAV format and then need
to burn Audio CDRs.

Which version of Winamp do I need for these requirements (Vista OS)?

Does Winamp make exact copies of Audio CDs?

For example, I used Windows Media Player to copy a music CD for a friend and Media Player ripped the music to my HD and then put silent gaps between songs on the copy for my friend. My original CD did not have silent gaps. Sort of ruined the music in my opinion.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Casey

Any version with CD burning support, v5.54 being the newest. Winamp does not insert gaps but in the past I have found its track changes when ripping to not be perfect

Winamp Full Vs. Winamp Pro

Which version of Winamp will support Flac conversion to Wav AND then burn to audio CD?

Winamp Pro or Winamp Full?

winamp 5.54 will go straight from flac to cd. no need to convert it does it for you.

Winamp 'Pro' or Winamp 'Full'

Do I want to pay for Winamp 'Pro' or just use Winamp 'Full' (for free)?

All I need to do is convert Flac files and burn the music onto a CDR.

Let me know.

Thanks!

Have you read what Pro lets you do? It says whether you need Pro to burn. The answer is no, you don't need Pro. Pro only gives you faster speeds, use of the MP3 encoder and some subset of the AAC encoder.
