Trying to find "the more you know" video

I need to find a downloadable one with decent quality. One of the more recent ads that does a quick cut to a white screen with the "TMYK" video.

I had a genius idea.
and now I need this clip.
which I can't find to download.

OK. 2 things...
  1. Make sure you're using the latest Firefox browser
  2. Try one of the Flash Video Downloader add-ons for Firefox

Another really cool prog (I doubt it is quite what you're wanting, but for downloading youtube videos, it's great)

FLVGet, also UltraGet. If you buy premium UltraGet you get all sorts of cool conversions. Sometimes I like using it just to convert between video formats because it's so powerful.

You'll need something like FLVPlayer to play the .flv files that either of these programs will save

There is a glitch in the programs that if they have the & in the URL (if the URL becomes the saved file name), they won't play properly in FLVPlayer. If the file name saved has an & sign in it, you'll just need to rename the file & it'll work fine.

The video file format export from UltraGet runs into issues if there are "blank/repeated" frames--it shortens these to 1 frame per set of duplicate frames (so for times when you have a solid white text in the video, it'll only last around 1 frame (which blows)---but otherwise the program rocks.

Thought I'd post that for you all (even though I don't think that's what you're using exactly.

Also, another EXTREMELY powerful video capture program is FRAPS. (You have to buy it to get the full version...but trust me, if your computer can handle it, it's well worth it). When all else fails, you can always take a FRAPS capture of your screen & use a video editing program to crop the clips down to the window where the video appeared on your screen. This gets around ALL issues you may run into ;-)

But the hard drive usage is INSANE (it saves it in nearly lossless format. I've had 10 minute videos taking up 5 GB+

One reason I'm having dual 750 GB hard drives installed today (in addition to my current dual 500 GB).

UltraGet is extremely helpful for converting from the nearly lossless, almost uncompressed FRAPS files--to something much more compact and nearly lossless

Just some thoughts

MR was being dead serious. It'd be more obvious if you'd spent more time around the SC section of the forums haha :D

Agreed.

Theft involves a robber taking something that the victim no longer has after the event.

Copyright infringement involves someone taking something that the victim still has after the event.
