Editing "Similar Songs" preferences
Good day to you all.
I just downloaded WinAMP 5.541 This morning and have been playing around with adding music and setting similar songs together, when I noticed the option to actually play like songs. I went ahead with the option and the window popped up to scan through all the media I'd thrown into Winamp since I first got it, noticing an option to let me play songs from the same CD. I didn't check the box at the time, but noticed a while later that this was a grave error on my part, since it basically restricts me from having songs from the same cd, which are indeed similar to each other, from being in the same playlist. I was wondering how I might go back and correct this option through preferences or something, given that I'm a little out of gas on trying to figure it out myself and no other threads or FAQs seem to cover the issue. Thanks much. |
Also managed to encounter another problem.. Anytime I load up Winamp, it uses so much of my internet connection that it actually disables the use of FireFox and messaging programs. Is there any way to solve this issue, too?
I've activated no plug-ins on the software and have only been messing with music and video files off my HD, so far. |
