Definitive User Manual for Winamp Pro 5.54
 

Hi: I'm new to MP3 players and anal as well. Where can I download a definitive User Manual for Winamp Pro 5.54? For example: the choices available under Preferences are comprehensive but only one knew in detail what they do? There simply is not enough detail in the on-line user Help Menu. In particular, I want all my songs to be at a constant maximum volume level (to protect my ears and speakers), but it isn't clear if I must achieve this while Converting CD's to MP3's, or if the same effect can be achieved using Replay Gain and so-on. Thanks for your help on this otherwise super program.
